use jdownloader- Noeman isnt a torrent tracker, you'll find torrents ,as usual, working for some days, on usual torrents sites in few hours. Sorry no JCV and traffic trends in this release -(????)

You don't a need a tracker on noeman for distributing torrents. And file sharing sites have a very low bandwidth, when they work at all.
For the JCV thing, if I use mapsource for building the gmapsupp, is JCV conserved from 2011.40?
