A small guide on file size, but not sure which file work with whuch machine;
Type 1 - 1.32GB
Type 2 - 1.33GB
Type 4 - 835MB
Type 5 - 2.63GB
Type 6 - 1.81GB
Type 7 - 1.35GB
Type 8 - 1.29GB

I'm try d/l the Type 5 now & see if it fit my 3790T, will update here later.
