It is easy to convert the img to Mapsource with gmaptool.

Use Road of Russia version 522. There are nothing interesting in City Navigator Russia NT 2012.20 map of Navicom with the exception of many bags. For example in City Navigator Russia NT 2012.20 map is absent in region of Sochi.

New CNR 2012.20 locked (gmapprom, gmap3d, gmaptz, ASR&SRX, JCV, G2S)
To use maps it is required to apply Garmin Unlocker Alternative (gmap3d, gmapprom).
