Mapsource Version : Has the FID 510 which has been used in v0.86. The version v0.86 should therefore be removed from the PC. The PC can coexist multiple versions since they do not use the same FID. BaseCamp Version / Mac : PC must be placed in the folder C: \ ProgramData \ GARMIN \ Maps \ TopoLusitania v093 (or similar) Here's an example: C: \ ProgramData \ GARMIN \ Maps \ City Navigator North America NT 2012.30.gmap \ product1 The BaseCamp does not use the Registry to "know" where are the maps by doing a search on the folder ProgramData \ Garmin GPS version are strongly advised to only have one version installed on GPS TopoLusitania and always on the memory card (as long as present)
Copy the file into the folder "Garmin" memory card (Oregon, Dakota, etc.). Range NUVI: Copy the file into the folder "Maps" memory card 1 NOTE: Some older GPS does not accept name gmapsup2.img. In this case, rename the file to gmapsupp.img. Care does not conflict with any pre-existing file. Make backups of your files, before installing TopoLusitania. Note 2: The latest GPS accept any name for the file "containers" of Maps
