I cant do it, there´s a survey can not leave me to do nothing!!!!! Is this true? i have a lot of routes inPerú and Bolivia

I downloaded the Bolivia map and renamed it. I loaded it on my Garmin. But it says, "route cannot be calculated" when I try to plot a course. Any ideas what the problem is?

I renamed it gmapsupp.img and copy in a Garmin folder in sd
