1. Add Jiu-Zheng interchange to National Highway 6
2. Add San-Chong interchange to Expressway (freeway) Tai-64
3. Add Cidu-2 interchange to Expressway Tai-62
4. Update Taipei Hsing-Dong Street-- Hsin-Dong Bridge removal
5. Correct speed limit display on Expressways
6. Add missing points of interest information
