Is it possible to use this AdriaRoute map on Android phone??? What GPS software I need to use it???

I am searching for detailed Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) map with no luck so far!!!
I've tried Sygic 10 v8.16 with latest NavTeq and TeleAtlas maps and Navigon 3.5.0 with latest maps downloaded by Navigon Fresh - no luck - by them BiH is a desert with 5-6 oasis which are the biggest cities in BiH.

Please help! Thx!
