I downloaded the unlocked images part 1 (GNA402011.z01), part 2 (GNA402011.z02), and part 3 (gmapsupp). I'm sure this is very simple but I could not find how to combine these into file for the microsd card. I'm not even sure if this the right place post. They are zipped/compressed/archived files that when un-archived and extracted will give you the single file.

Thank you very much for your reply. It appears that when the last part was downloaded, the gmapsupp was created which combined all three files to one. Just installed it and works great !!!
