Thread: CityNavigator North America NT 2011.40

Hi everyone. I have installed the gmap version and all appears to be working fine. However when I started planning a few trips to the US visiting firends I noticed a few strange things and wondered if this was unique to my installation or whether others were having the same issue. In particular I noticed that a number of streets are not searchable althought they exist correctly on the maps. For instance I would be interested if others are able to search for High Street Budd Lake. I can search for Budd Lake and that works.....as soon as I go for the added Street detail of High St (or any of the surrounding streets) it fails (High St is not in the drop down either). Could others try and see if they have the same result. Thanks

gmap3d is a separate file and are not included in the map's IMG file

and to use gmap3d map navigator must have support for this map

just when I thought the N00B in me what wearing off with this stuff, this mapset bit me.

I downloaded and installed as per instructions. Mapsource shows the setup just fine, as it has with the Inland lakes, Topo US and Canada, and a few other maps I have put in. I had CN NA 2008 installed, and tried to put this on to upgrade. As I said, shows up in mapsource fine, but when I send it to my GPSmap60CSX, the mapset does not show up.

Any ideas other than telling me "Your an idiot, go back to shovelling cow crap for income"?

I downloaded the unlocked images part 1 (GNA402011.z01), part 2 (GNA402011.z02), and part 3 (gmapsupp). I'm sure this is very simple but I could not find how to combine these into file for the microsd card. I'm not even sure if this the right place post. Any help or direction greatly appreciated. thanks.

They are zipped/compressed/archived files that when un-archived and extracted will give you the single file.
