You're not mentioning anything about what link you're referring to.
The Multiupload dispatcher links in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] works with RapidShare, MegaUpload, DepositFiles and Zshare. Only Hotfile and Uploading have removed links.
There's also a MediaFire link for the Libya inclusive version in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
If you can't access any of the working RapidShare, MegaUpload, DepositFiles, Zshare or MediaFire links then there must be some serious blocking and censorship from your internet provider.
