No, its still an NT map.
In this case "older devices" means for devices (pograms) which cannot read Images bigger then 2GB (Garmin Mobile XT for example)
I have lost my 3d file for this map can some kind sole please upload one thanks all for the great work as always

Damian, if you mean diacritical characters, they can be typed by using the numerical keypad on your keyboard while the Num Lock light is on and the ALT key is pressed.
For instance, the letter é can be typed by having the Num Lock light on, then pressing the ALT key and while holding that key pressed, enter 130 on the numerical keypad. Similarly, use code 129 to get ü (like in the word nüvi).
