hi . one question i downloaded the unlock maps of UK/IRL and SPAIN/PORTUGAL, how will i rename the 2 or 3 maps in my Garmin 250 with built in map of City Navigator Europe NT v9. Thanks

or Main map gmapprom.img

Second map gmapsupp.img

Third map gmapsup2.img

if using an SD card make a folder on it named garmin and inside that just copy your unlocked map image and call it gmapsupp.img

Remember when playing with maps make a back up of the original first

Hello,
Does anyone know why in the case of Hungary this european map is bigger in size than the hungarian one ?
In the same time it seems that the hungarian one have more roads, at least more highway ... I've checked visualy the number of poi's in Budapest but there is no big difference.

First of all, thanks for sharing this

I've installed City Navigator (2011.30) on my PC, unlocked and it works whit mapsource (6.16.3), but i can't use it in my Legend HCX. I select the maps and when i send them to my device, they say it's not unlock for my Legend.

Can anyone help me?

i downloaded IMG unlocker and run it, but then i can't find where the img files are...the files that i've found are: SRX, ASR, TXT, DLL, EXE, MSI, LBL, NET, NOD, RGN, STR, TRF, GMP, XML, MDR, TYP, MPS, BMP.....most of then i don't know what are they. I haven't found any IMG file...
