Had this in my archives since over 2 years back in time.
If there's some interest for the IMG version then I guess that the MapSource version would also be welcomed here.

RAR archive with ISO disk image. Map is NOT locked (FID 809).

EDIT - How to use an ISO-file:
The ISO-file inside the RAR is a duplicated copy of a CD.
ISO-files can be mounted, copied back to to physical CD media or extracted:

• You can use any virtual CD/DVD tool to mount the ISO-file.
  Some examples of free tools:

• Burn the ISO-file to a CD.
  Windows 7 have built in functionality.

• Extract the ISO to a hard drive with a tool like WinZIP, WinRAR, PowerISO, MagicISO etc.
