Am I missing something here cause I already put the north american map on there with no issue at all. Btw I have a nuvi 1350t...
scratch that now the only issue i have is figuring out how to change which form of public transportation to set on it. that menu is grayed out for some odd reason...

you have to unlock it with jetmouse kg and a proper gmapsupp.unl file (FID: 2211, PID: 2)"enhanced pedestrian navigation" mode is available in this map ONLY for Nuvis 1xxx series
    for 37xx series download here

I have read extensively on the cityXplorer maps and have determined through reading and testing that a 2011 map will not work with epn functionality on the 14xx series (I have a 1450). I was able to get a 2010 cityXplorer map to give the epn functions but not any 2011 maps. You get the regular map functions but not the additional transit modes. It requires the gma file to work. I have been unable to find a workaround and hope somebody has and would share this info with me.

    Hi,

I would like to give you a short feetback from

a NÜVI 765TFM with old firmware point of view.

    Install Process:

    1.

Copy the code, generated by the

    JM-KG-v1.5+5Digit+ChecksumFix.exe using PID 1, FID 2211,

in an plain text file named gmapsupp.unl.

    2.

Rename the file NewYorkCity_2011_10.img to gmapsupp.img

and the file NewYorkCity_2011_10_3d.img to gmap3d.img.

    3.

Copy the files gmapsupp.img and gmapsupp.unl

to the SD card device in the folder /garmin.

Copy the file gmap3d.img to your nüvi device

    under the folder /garmin.

(attention save the old gmap3d.img from the cityexplorer e.g.)

    Thats all!

Everything works fine, as it with a NÜVI 765TFM only can work.

    Thank You for posting!

    Ciao Hugo

@hugo4 : PID 1 is wrong to have EPM features, it must be 2
