I don't know if there is a new version of this map, but this could be the map "official" coverage description

Coverage available for 43 countries across Western and Eastern Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, FYROM (Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Republic), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and Vatican City. Coverage detail varies depending on country.

Detail corresponds to the same one of a 1:100,000 scale recreation paper map. Andorra does not include 100% land use information. Cyprus does not include road network. Azores Islands, Madeira Islands, Russia, Belorussia and Ukraine are not covered.
