Hi when ever I try to open the mapsource files win rar can't open it because it says it is damaged can you guys please help me?

I am a little confused by the number of different files.
I need to get the 2011 CN North America (don't need Canada or Mexico) for Mapsource on my computer; then I send the maps I need to my Garmin 376.
The GPS 376 file system is not visible from the computer, so I cannot install anyhting directly on it, and I use Mapsource a lot for trip planning anyways.

Short form: Which files (torrent) should I get to install CN NA 2011 in Mapsource; I understand I will have to patch Mapsource.
