Thread: AdriaROUTE 3.10+ 3.11 NT+Non NT (Win+Mac)

Hi - I am new to all this so I need a little help . Off to albania soon and would like Adria route on my Garmin


I have Mapsource installed and working in Windows7 with Trip and waypoint manager v6.15.7.

I have downloaded
AdriaROUTE_3.11_CD_update.exe
AR311 IMG unlocked.part1.rar
AR311 IMG unlocked.part2.rar
AdriaROUTE 3.11 NT.gmap.part1
AdriaROUTE 3.11 NT.gmap.part2

and urared them - (got messages about overwriting files - to which I said no).

Got the gmapsupp.img file and the GMAP folder on desktop
Moved the GMAP folder into the maps folder.

Did a quick test and started Mapsource - great - unlocked map is there.

So - my question is, do I need to run AdriaROUTE_3.11_CD_update.exe (I assume not)
and
What do I do with the gmapsupp.img on my desktop (whats it for??)

Also - Just tried to 'transfer to device' (GPSmap 76c) and it will let me transfer my Waypoints, but the 'maps' checkbox is greyed out, thus not allowing me to transfer AdriaRoute to the device.

Any ideas ??
