That's why they often use Multiupload here for multiple choices. The problem is that the links ONLY survives at Megaupload and they are removed at the others due to copyright complaints from Garmin.
Megaupload is accessible worldwide. If it's blocked in some way it's probably done by your own ISP and their DNS service.
Try to change the DNS servers to Google FREE DNS, OpenDNS or some similar service for correct IP resolving. Also possible to use a PROXY service to use a foreign IP as your own.
