You do not need to create the .unl file with the keygen.
TRC is free, and the other maps were unlocked internally, with programs like garmin unlocker alternative 5.31b or Fast IMG unlocker, that can be found in software topic.

3 maps in one file, they were joined using gmaptool software.
Then you select in your device, wich one you want to use.
On each city, one works better.
