Did anyone tested that map already. According the to gmaptool the language of the map is Arabic

There's no official release of a MapSource version for the complete "City Navigator Middle East & Northern Africa NT". It's possible to make a reverse engineered MapSource version by using GMapTool and cGPSmapper. Such reversed made MapSource version would lack the support for address search index.
Garmin only have a genuine MapSource version for "City Navigator Middle East NT".

Code page 1256 Arabic doesn't necessary meaning that they use the upper half of the character set. Most names (maybe all) are in international or English spelling with reading from right to left.
