Mine is Nuvi 265wt us, but i install TSM9-10 unlocked for a year without much problems. I did change some thai keyboard and voice file last year. As remembered, replacing 006-D0952-04.bin file in ext folder, and made the new keyboard file put in text folder in garmin. You may try my file here..
