how come they started maps of 2011 ? Is it real one.. US and Europe are still on 2010

Yes its the real one. Garmin starts from March/April with the 2011 maps. So the next maps of Europe and America will be also 2011.xx

Thanks for the upload everyone... Any idea what the difference is between the 2010.20 and this? I know for a fact that Dubai changes roads every other day but anything else worth noting?

The Rapidshare link is incomplete; the ... does not expand and RS complains the it cannot find the file.

It's probably removed due to official complaints from Garmin. Until it's reposted on RS you can use Megaupload or other working mirrors.
