When I install this i get both 13L and 14J visible in Mapsource, both under MapID 1758. It works fine.
13L I had installed from before but it seemes as 14J was added to the ID 1758...
Gmaptool shows both in family 1758.
I do not find the 13L in this post from berfore but I am quite sure I got it here. It seemes as the 14J installation installes both but I am not sure since I had the 13F from before.
If it does not install both for those of you not having 13L earlier I can upload the 13L installation.

I was a little too quick to post and a little too slow to read the post above that gives the answer.....
But I still had the 13L from before...
