The directory with the installation files is 89 MB large but the installed map is only 36 MB in the directory used by Mapsource.
So, one wonders what is in the remaining 53 MB ? Surely not enough for all the outlined parts but some more part(s)? Inspecting the installed map with gmaptool only shows info about the 30N part.

It's a FULL Garmin product installation for MapSource. The MapSource installation package is of course included in the "Disk.cab" file.

You have not used the correct full input of MapID/FID (1749), PID (1), RgnID (2) & VenID (13). Just used the single input MapID = 1749 where the rest defaults to 1,0,0.
Garmin uses the same preview map for many regions and you will only see the not included ones as empty zombie regions on detail level.
It's just data for region 30N and also the MapSource product in the full content installation package from Garmin. No extra regions included and every region has it's own install package.

Either buy the product or wait until someone uploads the region you want. Waiting for upload will probably take forever for most regions. There's 308 regions in total.
During the last 12 months there's only one Friluftskartan Prime region released (this one 30N) to public forums and two extra regions in private Garmin forums (as far as I know).
