You should write in English please (eg. "If one gets another area, for example 8C... How do you get MapID, PID, RgnID & VenID?")
MapID/FID, PID, RgnID & VenID could be read by [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] showing the "Details" for the map IMG-file.
