What I did was I used MapReverse converter: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and converted 2010.40 into a readable format for Mapsource 6.13. I then ran ALL.BAT from the Garmin Unlocker app: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I then installed Mapsource 6.15.7. The map was completely unlocked. No need to mess with JM and get frustrated in the process cuz the unlock code you created is invalid.
I prefer the above method because I then update my maps on Nuvi main drive. I dont have to touch my SD card. I dont need to know the serial number of my SD card or device. This is also ideal for Mobile phones as the image files are unlocked without the need for an unlock code or keygen. I just hope Garmin doesnt find a way to make this bat file impotent.
