Here is the difference between BlueChart g2 and BlueChart g2 Vision:

    BlueChart® g2 Vision:
Highly detailed offshore marine maps, plus satellite imagery, enhanced 3-D maps, Auto Guidance technology, aerial photographs and coastal roads with points of interest.

    BlueChart g2:
Detailed offshore marine maps to help you navigate — plus enhanced 3-D maps and rich detail and content.

And here you can see the 3 X-Large g2 regions:

nincsen - I think you need to code your direct link to Garmin according to posting rules.

Most of us know the difference about BlueChart, BlueChart g2 and BlueChart g2 Vision. My guess is that the IMG-files posted earlier was BlueChart g2 Vision so this one was just mislabeled when thread poster was in a hurry. You can also see the corresponding [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] map for the whole US [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Could someone tell me why my gmobilext doesn't find the map? Mapid is 463, but does it have special PID, RgnID, or VenID? All other maps have worked perfectly.

On Garmin Mobile XT you can use maps exported from this MapSource version
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
It works on Garmin Mobile PC 5.00.60 too, but not on new 5.00.70 version
It is not good as on marine-chart devices, but it works

    hi
i can't get it to work in mapsource nor homeport.. I renamed it to gmapsupp.img and placed in in the garmin directory with gmapsupp.unl, but mapsource keeps saying that it's not a valid mapsource file.
