Hi, Just plugged my mobile into the computer using the usb. Went into the garmin folder and found a Icon saying POI inside that found file saying poi.GPI GPI file 6,946kb. Looks like I have something installed. But how do I get them to show, Ive tried everything I can think of playing with phone.

    Please, please and pretty please.

    Thank you.

Hi Thanks for your suggestion. went into proximity points. and it was already enabled. Looked back in poi and the search just comes up with none found.

Will I need to be in thailand to see these POI's. IM in England at the moment.
Worked great on my Nuvi 255 though whilst being in the same location,

    Thanks

pois go in a folder named POI in your Garmin folder ,the format must be .gpi
then you must abilitate them in Garmin settings
    Tools> Settings> Proximity Points

    About JCV.
TSM v10 is made by ESRI into 2 versions.
    Thai and Eng font.

JCV is only in Thai version.
Thai version is built in gps unit that come from ESRI.
For other gps unit can get only ENG version from ESRI...about 4,500 thai baht.

ESRI sell Thai ver for their customers only.

If you want to use JCV.
    You have choices
    1. buy GPS unit from ESRI but in Thai font !!
    2. Download TSM v10 Thai ver., Thai keyboard and Thai font into your gps unit and routing with Thai format !! You may use 2 in 1 TSM EN and TH map.

The OP mentioned this map would slow the GPS down. Has any one experienced this? I would like to know before I put it in my Garmin Nuvi.Thanks.
