You can have them both (Adria Route and TOPO) on device.
As TOPO is not routable, they ca be both active at the same time and you will see all topo details (from Adria TOPO) and will be able to route (with Adria Route).
It's better solution than TOPO being routable, because Adria Route 3.00 is more up to date for navigation.
