Hi all. I am a newbie and I have a question. I loaded the map already. I checked the "map info" and I see that only Doha, Qatar is available on the list. I will go to United Arab Emirates soon and I wonder if I can use it there or not? When I check Mapsource on the computer, I can see map of United Arab Emirates with details. What should I do to enable it on the GPS unit also? Thank you for the reply.

Could you please explain how to transfer all the maps? I did not see an option that lets me choose several maps? When I check mapsource it shows Middle East NT only, not countries? Thanks.

Thanks for the valuable post! I have a question though, I have bought my Garmin 265w in Canada few days back. Of course it came with pre-loaded north america maps. I used it there perfect. Then I loaded into it the Middle East maps. I came the other day to Qatar and I started my GPS and I saw the maps already but it wasn't picking any satellite signal. I waited for fairly long time but nothing.
Any suggestions please!?

right mouse click on file garmin_rnu_cnmet2010-20 extract here-it becomes many files--
execuite cnment2010 uodate_enu in the img directory
start mapsource
utilities
manage map products
unlock regions
add the 25 digit unlock code you created with jetmouse keygen checksum fix
in keygen put your 10 digit gps unit id # on top
select map product
custom mapset
add th map id #
generate on bottom
copy that 25 digit code to mapsource
or use unlocked IMG(easier)
