Description: Changes in relation to the previous release:
1) added address search and information about the SDA in these locations:
- -Lugansk
-Chernihiv
-Poltava
-Kherson
-Kremenchug (Poltava region).
-Bahchisaray (ARC);
-Yalta (ARC);
-Alushta (ARC);
2) significantly updated detailed maps of human settlements: Chernovtsy, Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, Ivano-Frankivsk, Brovary, Sevastopol. Expand the road network, supplemented by base points of interest (POI), refined and updated address information.
3) Enhanced detailed coverage overpasses intercity values.
4) Fixed all errors and recorded observations.
