    I can't download it (broken link) to check but the listings say:-

    MapID: 1214 Garmap Southern Africa Streetmaps 2008

    and

    MapID: 1215 Garmap Southern Africa Streetmaps 2009
    (this is supposed to be the 2009 map)

    Drop the .img file into gmaptool and press details it will tell you the fid
