    OK, it's "very complicated", but I'll try to explain.

    1. Download file
    2. If filename is "gmapsupp.img.img" then rename "gmapsupp.img.img" to "gmapsupp.img" (cut away one ".img")
    3. copy file "gmapsupp.img" to device under Garmin directory
    4. Start device and enjoy in navigation
