Default Garmin 276c car cigar ligher charger doesn't work

    Hello all,
Once again, here I am with a topic from a dinosaur gps.
So I bought a Garmin 276c, full with acessories, where inside there was a cigar lighter charger with speaker (the 276c doesn't have speaker for voices, just a beeper)

It's cable was cut, and today with the help of someone who know how to solder, we connected the 4 cables together .
Each of the 4 cables were isolated, with eletrical tape, and all ok.
I decided to test with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] which I use to test all other nuvi chargers, once I put the cigar lighter there the light on the adapter stops.

Do you know what it can be? Is there any fuse?

    Have a great day

The fuse is usually located at the very top, where the round metal contacts are. Just unscrew plastic top
It is also possible that it is in it. Open it, as far as I can see there are two screws in its body
But, it's a simple charger and it often happens it breaks down (its electronics).
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
