No JCV for MENA 2025.10 on nuvi 42?

Perhaps there is no JCV issued by Garmin for the nuvi 4x/5x with MENA CN 2025.10? If your device is a local product with MENA factory-installed and an update entitlement to the map (either OneOff or Lifetime Map) then all ancillary files should also have been offered.
GarminExpress wouldn't have installed ANY such associated files if it's not an original MENA marketed device, and that includes JCV, i.e. if you have purchased the map for a European or American sourced device .... however then the default naming would not be "gmapprom" as you wrote which is reserved for the factory-installed map version.
It may be best to contract your local Garmin office with your concerns if your nuvi 42 is entitled to the 2015.10 MENA update:

Thank you buddyboy087 for your response with details. I appreciate this clarification. Yes, my device is a local product from the Middle East and North Africa region. Based on your explanation, it seems like GarminExpress should have provided all the additional files, including the JCV. i got it as used device when I connect it to GE it is gave me there is map update MENA 2025.10 after update and reinstall the map many times no luck
I called the local Garmin company but there is no result. I will wait. Maybe I can get it from another source
can anyone share file please?

It seems Garmin has not included JCV for any other model except those using D4385240A.JCV.I've tried a couple of devices.

this is fair now, I asked the file from someone else in this forum since Garmin support mentioned the issue might be due to my device, possibly being outdated. Their lack of proper guidance suggests they're ignoring the needs of owners with older devices.

The missing jcv is also for the Drive 4x-5x 212x234 (D4507210A)2024.10
we can assume the file would be D4507220A.jcv
But it does appear more & more devices are using PhotoReal Junction views
