Like Butters said you might have empty folders that could cause your problems......

Maybe it would be better for you to list everything that is in the ".system" folder to start with.
That way there is a clear picture of what you have in that folder and what is missing.

Post a screen shot of the ".system" folder.
I do not think you have all the folders in there or you have put folders outside of ".system" folder by mistake.
Plus files that could be missing too.

Then there is the other folders that are under the ".system"

I am not going to list what is in each folder but this puts in in the correct direction.


So please list what you have not before correcting any mistakes that way there is a record of what mistakes can be made for others that might make the same mistakes.
