Hello guys,
The patient is Garmin Drivesmart 65. The device was updated through Garmin Express for new software and supported EU maps (this was not done by me just sharing previous history what was told to me I really dont know was there any error during the procedure). Also I want to underline that device wasnt patched (also cannot 100% be sure as device is not mine). After couple of days the device is just stuck on Boot keeps loading and loading...(see picture below).
I have tried to enter "engineering menu" standard way but haven't succeed in standard way. I found out that this device has special way to enter "engineering menu" by holding power button and when garmin logo appears power button should be fast released and pressed again. After this procedure one can access this menu please see spoiler below:
There are 4 options to choose:
1. Normal boot
2. Clear User Manual
3. Recover from software failure
4. Cancel boot timeout
I have tried option 1) 3) and 4) (unfortunately none of this helped).
After trying the option 3) I got this menu below:
I hope expert from this forum section will help to solve this issue and give advices how to recover this device from the death 
EDIT: Very important to underline that device is not recognized by PC via USB connection when this problem occured
