I there. I have a Garmin express dezl 560. Witch is latest map version free of charge? Any chance i can get newer maps?

If there is a LM (Lifetime Mapupdate) subscription linked to your device, any new map under this subscription can be downloaded and installed via GarminExpress. Other than that, Garmin does not provide commercial maps for free. You could try the Open Street Maps instead:
