So I re-formatted the device, went to Garmin Express to "install all" updates. However, in the middle of the process (after firmware loading), the process require an unplug/reboot, but I didn't see any "install updates..." on my device after I plug it back in. The screen simply just go into connecting to pc logo, and soon the screen went black. I managed to bring it back when connecting it to the wall charger, it went trough the normal startup screens, but still seems showing software version 8.5, and prompted to restart. After I restart it, it just shows "Garmin" logo for 2 seconds, then the screen went black without going further.

I am not able to bring it fully back ever since, most of time it only starts with "Garmin" logo for 2 sec, and then screen went black. So I can not do anything else for now. I have tried after charging it for several hours, or leaving it disconnect for many hours, but I was not able to bring it back as I used to.

It feels like the reformatting didn't completely correct the issue, the device doesn't seem to run the loaded firmware properly. Do you think I should try to open the device and disconnect the battery and reconnect to clear any cache? Thanks.
