Default By a stupid mistake I formatted the internal Montana 650T memory in FAT32 :(

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me, by mistake I formatted the internal memory in FAT 32, of my Montana 650T, now only English language, does not recognize maps, appears in the same satellite signals. Just to put the maps in the card is that I can see the maps in the GPS, Can somebody help me? I've had it with the Garmin Cure, but nothing. Thank you all at once.

There are some disk managment programs that can change the format of a disk upwards from FAT 32 without loosing data. Google is your friend.

Hi, thanks, but how do I recover the GPS? I did not get it with Garmin Cure, is there any way I can get it back to the original format? Where can I find.? The maps are no problem, the problem is because the GPS works because it only works with the card ...

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

You're missing local (PT) Voice and Text files, formatting doesn't remove the default EN but everything else is removed from the files system. Connecting to WebUpdater should allow you to replace most files you need but before you do anything hard reset the device [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. That's necessary if a device is behaving strangely, not getting sat. fix etc.. You'll likely be offered a time zone map (gmaptz.img) by WebUpdater however you'll also need to manually replace the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (gmapbmap.img) by downloading it and placing it in the device's Garmin folder.

Your device did not need curing. Cure firmware is only loaded to regain a 'bricked' device's Mass Storage Mode so that corrupt files can be removed or a re-format done. If a hard reset doesn't fix the device's behaviour then format again using only [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] before adding the missing files.
