My nuvi 4592LM GarminDevice.xml is lost. Is it possible to replace GarminDevice.xml from other?
As I understand GarminDevice.xml hold the list of file structure. It should be the same for all model.

By replacing, I mean take the file from the same model. Are there any unique data per device.

Normally file GarminDevice.xml is recreated automatically by Device at every StartUp.
Simply try to switch off and on again your Nuv�
It's NOT possible to replace it with a file of another device as it contains personal and unique Data
