Maybe you meant the BlueChart g2 Vision VUS011R-Southwest Florida?
If you have version 17.50 (v2016.0) or higher, try looking for Adm.Nelson to unlock.
For earlier chart versions, it's enough to use gimgunlock-0.03 or one of its derivative.

This is the Family ID of the ancient version (v10.50) of this chart, released in 2008.
Yes, this version can be unlocked using the JM keygen too, but it's easier via gimgunlock-0.03
