Freezing in simulation mode

Hi

I've installed CN North America 2017.10 in a nuvi 285w with old firmware and works fine, then upgrade fw to the last version and when I make a simulation (same route as previous time) the car freezes at first corner

In a friend's 205w the last month have the same problem in simulation, but connected in USA it works fine

Can anyone tell me and advice?

Are you using the same map files and voices for each test?

yep, only fw upgraded compared to the time that works fine

From New York City to the airport it frezees, but viceversa works fine

How has been built your .img?
With Mapsource or Basecamp?

Use only [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to build modern NT IMG files! MapSouce is old and unsupported and it uses an outdated algorithm to compile map images. It's well known to cause routing errors in devices, crashing or freezing them.

Ok, understood, but I've just compilled with MapInstall and get the same freezing
