As said by catymag in answer to your post in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], it's not been superseded in the UK. Maybe you've heard that the [identical hardware] North American RV760LMT has been superseded.
That same hardware is available in UK as Camper660LMT-D [has a dual FM/DAB TMC Traffic Receiver as compared to the NA's FM only receiver] and it's marketed alongside the 7" RV760LMT-D there. It's 50 quid cheaper than the 760 in UK but has only 1 hr battery life vs 1.5 hrs and no headphone jack. There are some other minor feature differences too i think, but i've never handled a RV660.
An interesting thing about Camper/RV760, delz760 and nuvi2797 [which i do have the latter] is that although their HWIDs differ they share the same [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] of 105-01878 so can be cross-flashed with each others' firmware. That's even more interesting when you note that in UK the nuvi2797, both the LMT and LMT-D models, have been superseded:
They were 30 and 40 quid cheaper respectively at RRP than the Camper760. There would still be brand new stock around and i reckon you'd buy one very much below the 'rack rate'. Easy safe conversion with hybrid-firmware to Camper/RV760 and it doesn't affect your LM maps entitlement [but would void your warranty if Garmin knew you'd done it ].

I bought a NOH a few weeks ago. Very pleased so far. Traffic routing worked road was closed due to flooding. Bought it for a great price of £210 and can't tell it's anything but brand new!!
