So if it's working OK with the original map on the unit, the problem is with the SD or the gmapsupp.img on it. Possible remedies: 1. Hard-reset the unit; 2, Try a different card; 2. Re-make the map from the PC Install ensuring the resultant img file is under 2GiB [no more than 2,147,483,647 bytes].
