After cure pc sees it, create a Garmin directory in it, restart nuvi plug it again USB and see if the garmindevice.xml has been created in it.
Reflash nuvi with original firmware, then use Express

Thank you Caty. I use RMprepUSB to format the internal memory and reflashed it with ORIGINAL. Now I'm updating the map and will see what will happen afterwards. Thanks.
