I was luck enough to find a replacement for the rubber buttons through this Forum.
Unfortunately Garmin does not sell this part to there customers. Garmin though will give you an exchange unit but the price is kind of expensive.
Your best chance might be to buy a used and or broken GPSmap 60 series unit on ebay which you can use for parts.
Good luck! with your repair

What you want!? It is rarity nowaday. The used units have some problem as for you in most case. OEM supplier for part is empty at now. It is only one way call to big garmin dealers in your region and ask its for good luck. I have got this one for example but you could see me through Earth at hole in your floor only.
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?
You've got it??? Do you mean you're the Rusky ebay seller 9603403029? If so, i've bought parts off you.
I agree with the 'rarity' problem for discontinued parts. You've only got to look at the price of Garmin DataCards for example, it's ridiculous what they bring. Supply and demand determine market price however, and one man's trash is another man's treasure. 40 bux posted for such a rare part as those rubber buttons isn't exorbitant imo, but i wouldn't pay that unless the rest of the unit was pretty smick overall.

I know him Goracio. He sells used parts. But I know another yet:
This man sells new OEM parts for Garmin. You can ask him for discount for you with keyword GiomenCode:Please Login or Register to see the linksIt is the first enemy of Adrenalin or Neadrenalin from Navicom because Adrenalin or Neadrenalin tagline is - old device send to trash and you must to hurry for new one!
If about me I have got dummy of GPSMAP 60C. The drunken nordics men have a principal contention for the longest throw of own Nokia or GPS. But I am old rogue I always use dummy of GPSMAP 60C or another in this playOr can you imagine yourself if I throw this one on the pavement from car window. I love such joke as long as there are dummies.

Maybe 3D-Printing gives a solution ?
I read someone made buttons for a zumo 500/550. But still waiting for testresults and photo's.
(Okee, rubber button for 60Cx is more complex I assume)

I have a good collection of jokes. E.g. it is successful shooting on own infantry from D-30 cannon or it is hearing the "Stop shooting" from T-70 (it has the pretty lamp on back side what is very similar to target designation) by radio after empty clip of ammunition for my AK-74. So you need to think twice about trash!
