I do not see nuvi 660 in list! This model is not the same as zumo 660 for motorcycle. The devices in list have got the support for A2DP. I believe what you may connect your Nuvi only to phone for use as hands-free unit but it do not have possibility to share a sound to other device if only with wire connection.
