OEM basemap for all localized 2xxx series including NA models is Worldwide Autoroute DEM either V5 or V5.1. You have said you have a '2xxx'. That covers many models. Some units including 2xx9 cannot use EUU unlocked. If you need further help state the exact model you have.
Go to Display in Settings and enable screenshot. They will be saved as png image files in 'Screenshot' folder of internal memory.

2555 the map shows up in map info. i thought that means it works
doesnt say cant unlock map
