Knowing the CID of the original SD, and buying this kind of SD we can make a perfect clone.

Another way, would be change the CID number in the garmin software, this number should be on the *.unl or *.gma files. But the problem is that the information is encrypted.
Where do you hear that Garmin have CID locked map?

You can copy city navigator from one SD to another and map will work, map is locked on unit ID not on SD.

People try almost 5 year to find how to remove CID but no luck, do you think that now will find it.
